The 2023 patent agent qualification examination is scheduled to be held at all test sites on July 1 day and July 2.
Candidates should log in to the registration system from 8: 00 on February 6th to 6: 07 on February 5th, 2023 1 to choose the test center. The number of test sites is subject to the number of test places. Full status is not optional according to the order of selection and completion. Those who are not selected within the time limit will be randomly assigned by the system. Candidates should log in to the registration system to download and print the admission ticket from 8: 00 on February 20th to February 26th, 2023 13: 00.

Registration materials
When registering, the applicant should fill in or upload the following materials:
1.？ 2022 Patent Agent Qualification Examination Registration Form and Patent Agent Qualification Pre-application Form.
2.？ A scanned copy of my valid ID card.
Applicants should upload their ID cards or scanned copies of China people's passports when registering.
Applicants in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region should upload a scanned copy of the Hong Kong permanent identity card at the time of registration, and upload a scanned copy of the Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit (home visit permit) or the passport of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
Applicants from the Macao Special Administrative Region should upload a scanned copy of the Macao permanent identity card, a Hong Kong and Macao resident's travel permit (home visit permit) or a scanned copy of the passports of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and China Special Administrative Regions when applying for registration.
