Step 2: Announce
The publication of the patent will be automatically published in the official journal after 18 months from the date of the first application, mainly including the title and abstract of the patent, the specific application field of the patent and the names of the applicant and inventor.
Request for early publication: In order to speed up patent authorization, you can apply for early publication at any time after submitting the application according to Article 1 1 (a) (2) of Form 9. Step 3: Patent Objection
1. Objection before patent grant
Before the publicized patent right is granted, anyone can raise a written objection to the patent right that has been applied for publication for different reasons, and the patent examination institution will decide whether the objection to the patent grant is established. However, the patent granting authority can only accept the objection based on the application for comprehensive patent verification filed by the objector.
Time limit: objection can be raised within 3 months from the date of filing the patent publication application, or before authorization, whichever is later.
