How to treat aquaculture wastewater

The primary treatment of aquaculture wastewater is to remove the hair, skin, various scum and large suspended particles in the wastewater, and finally enter the grease trap. The main purpose of this step is to remove the grease and wastewater The mud and sand in the water are removed, and then enters the regulating tank. The function of the regulating tank is to ensure that the subsequent treatment can operate normally and obtain stable effluent water quality. Not only that, it can also regulate the water volume and homogenize the water quality.

After the aquaculture wastewater passes through the regulating tank, the water will be lifted by the pressure pump to the flotation and sedimentation machine. The removal rate can reach 90%, and the resulting water quality will enter the wastewater treatment equipment. The integrated wastewater treatment equipment mainly includes a hydrolysis acidification tank, a secondary contact oxidation tank and a sedimentation tank. The slaughtering wastewater is acidified in the hydrolysis acidification tank. After treatment, all macromolecular organic matter will be converted into low molecular organic matter. The wastewater hydrolyzed by the new wastewater biological treatment technology will be sent to the final sedimentation tank. The effluent from the pool will be filtered, disinfected and discharged to meet standards.
