Gathering a crowd to fight is a criminal case. According to Article 292 of the Criminal Law, when a crowd fights, the ringleaders and other active participants shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or surveillance; if the ringleaders and other active participants fall under any of the following circumstances, they shall be sentenced to three years in prison Fixed-term imprisonment of not less than ten years but not more than ten years: (1) Those who gather to fight many times; (2) Those who gather to fight with a large number of people, a large scale, and have a bad social impact; (3) Seriously disruptive in public places, traffic arteries and other places Social order; (4) Gathering weapons to fight.
