1. Scope of the Introduction

Public welfare institutions outside Weifang City are equipped with staff below the department level (formal state cadres, excluding workers) who meet the registration requirements.

3. Basic conditions

1. Firm political stance, good ideological and political quality, strong party spirit, high level of policy theory, decent style, law-abiding, integrity, and organizational discipline Strong sex.

2. Under 35 years old (born after August 20, 1986), full-time undergraduate degree or above, university degree or above.

3. Have more than 3 years of working experience in a public institution (including probation period, calculated as of August 20, 2021).

4. The annual assessment for the past three years has been passed or above (except for the indefinite annual assessment during the probation period).

5. Applicants should be current employees of public institutions (excluding public servants).

6. Have the physical condition to perform duties normally.

7. Comply with relevant regulations on job avoidance.

8. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply: those who have been punished by party discipline or political discipline; those who have been criminally punished or administratively detained; those who are suspected of violating disciplines and laws and are being reviewed by relevant specialized agencies and no conclusion has been made yet; those who are recruited as cadres Or the employment procedures are incomplete, and there are problems that affect the transfer and use of cadre files; working in the targeted unit for less than the service period or other transfer restrictions; being listed as a dishonest person subject to execution by relevant agencies; other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

1. Individual registration. 2. Qualification review. The Gaomi City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Gaomi City Emergency Management Bureau will review the application materials and conduct a preliminary qualification review of the applicants. Qualification review runs through the entire introduction process.

3. Ability evaluation. Unregistered positions will be adjusted to other positions based on actual conditions. Depending on the registration status, debriefing interviews, face-to-face interviews or professional ability tests will be adopted. , focusing on examining the applicant's ability and quality and the degree of matching with the position (the specific time and method will be notified separately). Based on the ability evaluation, we will research and determine the candidates to be introduced.

4. Check. Form an inspection team to inspect the candidates to be introduced, and through individual interviews, focus on understanding the candidates' ideological and political, moral character, professional abilities, work performance, etc. Check candidate files and review candidate-related information.

5. Physical examination. For those who pass the examination, a unified physical examination will be organized. For the standards and items of the physical examination, please refer to the "About the Revision of the General Standards for the Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial)" and the "Civil Service Physical Examination Operation Manual (Trial)"; the relevant content notice (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2065 438] No. 140). Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified for introduction.

6. Publicity. The list of qualified candidates will be published within 5 working days.

7. Handle transfer.

If there are no problems during the public notice period, Gaomi City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will handle the transfer procedures.
