Personally, I think this is a promising career for the following reasons:

The object of litigation is getting bigger and bigger. In general civil cases, even if there is no property dispute, the charge is about 3000 yuan. And now there are many property disputes, and even divorce often involves real estate. At present, the house price is generally above 400,000 yuan, so the fee for divorce cases is likely to be above 1000 yuan, involving companies and enterprises. The amount of the bid is basically more than several hundred thousand yuan, and a case is tens of thousands of yuan.
There are more and more non-litigation businesses, which is a new and growing business market, such as the disposal of unfinished buildings, corporate restructuring, enterprise restructuring and so on. And the charge is not small, like the two projects we are currently doing, the charge is around 700 thousand.
In addition, there is a law firm in Tianjin, which earned 7 million yuan in the field of uncompleted residential flats this year. Of course, this requires lawyers to have the ability to broaden new business, which is both a challenge and an opportunity for new lawyers. The old business field has been occupied by old lawyers, and the competition in the new field is relatively fair.
According to my observation, the new profession of lawyer will continue to emerge. At present, the domestic lawyer industry in China is in the development stage, far from saturation; The new business provides good development space and opportunities for new lawyers.

One is a foreigner who has just arrived in Tianjin for less than a year and is still in the transitional stage. It is estimated that he can earn 50,000 to 60,000 this year, and the other can earn 70,000 to 80,000 this year.

Generally speaking, women need to be capable and open-minded to be lawyers; More independent; Women's delicate and natural language ability is very helpful for lawyers to practice. As long as you can put it down, women are not as inferior as you think, but one thing needs to be reminded:
Female lawyers are often regarded as strong women, and gradually they will be regarded as strong women themselves.

Nine, the lawyer's business development (a)
This problem is huge and complicated. To tell the truth, I am a newcomer and have no mature ideas to tell you about my usual experiences and occasional feelings.

In the first year of internship, I practiced during the day, went out to set up a stall with my wife at night, and went to the construction site or station to do manual work at weekends. The partner told us:

A colleague in the office is happy today, which coincides with the weekend. Everyone has a chance to get together. Two partners, three old lawyers, three young lawyers (not young, but in their thirties) and an accountant I attended a dinner party. I think the conversation at dinner may be helpful to everyone. Let me tell you something: I told my partner about his experience when he first became a lawyer. 1990 He started to be a lawyer. At that time, he had not. When we can make a living, don't covet short-term interests, we can take a long-term view and accumulate more professional knowledge.
