1, copyright infringement. The real-time nature of webcasting makes the way to obtain works extremely simple, and a large number of unsigned online works appear on the network and are copied and used without permission.
2. Infringement on the right of broadcasting organization. Webcast platforms often broadcast TV programs without the permission of broadcasters, which also constitutes infringement in essence. Broadcast organizers have the right to receive remuneration for the radio and television signals they broadcast and the programs they arrange;
3. Disseminating illegal information. In order to get more hits, anchors try their best to find bright spots and spread information such as "demonstrating various ways to die", "how to rob tombs" and "self-learning viruses", which violates public order and good customs and destroys social atmosphere. Webcast has become a platform for the spread of crime. These behaviors essentially played the role of abetting and helping others to commit crimes. If the behavior causes serious social harm, it may also violate the criminal law and constitute a crime.
