See if you have concealed mental illness before marriage-you have concealed mental illness, which cannot be cured after marriage, or you know that the other party has mental illness before marriage, or one of the spouses has mental illness during their life, which cannot be cured for a long time.
3. See if there is a crime-one party is sentenced to long-term imprisonment according to law, or its illegal and criminal behavior seriously hurts the feelings of husband and wife;
4. See if there is a disease that prohibits sexual marriage-one party suffers from a disease that is prohibited by law, or one party has physical defects, or for other reasons, which is difficult to cure;
(2) Skills of collecting divorce evidence that can prove the fault of the other party.
1. Proof of bigamy and cohabitation with others-submit divorce evidence such as photos related to the above behavior or certificates issued by neighborhood committees, village committees and public security organs;
2. Proof of domestic violence, abuse and abandonment of family members-submit it for forensic identification and present witnesses;
3. Proof that gambling, drug abuse and other bad habits are incorrigible-a certificate issued by the neighborhood Committee or the public security organ, involving administrative punishment or criminal offences, shall be submitted to the relevant punishment decision or judgment.
