According to the inquiry of Hunan Provincial Department of Land and Resources, Hunan Province listed and supervised six cases of illegal land use, namely, the illegal land use case of black tea beverage production base in Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, Xiangtan Yangtianhu Park and its supporting facilities, Huaihua Zhijiang Dong Autonomous County Wei Chu Juice Wine Co., Ltd., Hengyang Shigu Economic Development Zone Chemical Plant Project, and the illegal land use case of Lvxintong Township Playground Phase II in Beihu District, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. Illegal acts involve destroying cultivated land, illegally occupying land, building more with less batches, etc. Hunan Province, referred to as "Xiang" for short, is a provincial administrative region of People's Republic of China (PRC), with Changsha as the capital, Jiangxi Province in the east, Chongqing and Guizhou provinces in the west, Guangdong and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in the south and Hubei Province in the north.
