You can also inquire about the enterprise's industrial and commercial internal files, including the legal representative and responsible person of the enterprise, or entrust your own employees to inquire. Entrusting employees requires the enterprise to issue a letter of introduction/power of attorney and hold a copy of the company's business license for inquiry.
If people from other companies want to check the company's approval number, they also need to obtain industrial and commercial files to view it. If litigation is involved, you can apply to the industrial and commercial bureau for inquiry with the filing certificate and power of attorney.
If you entrust a lawyer to inquire, you generally need a record certificate, but individual industrial and commercial bureaus have exceptions. For example, Tianjin Industrial and Commercial Bureau, where our lawyers have been to inquire about the industrial and commercial files of enterprises, only provided lawyers' certificates and letters of introduction.
There's another way. If you apply to the court for investigation and evidence collection during the proceedings, the court will decide whether to grant it or not.
