How to test a lawyer
To apply for the national judicial examination, you must have a nationally recognized undergraduate degree. After passing the examination, you can apply to the local judicial department for a legal professional qualification certificate. After you get this certificate, you can find a trainee law firm. After the firm accepts you, you can apply for a trainee lawyer certificate. After one year of internship, the law firm will issue you an internship certificate and apply to the judicial department for confirmation. At this time, you can become a formal lawyer by obtaining a lawyer's practice license. A trainee lawyer cannot handle a case alone, so he is not a lawyer in the strict sense.
