Three types of land: Daxing Town, Yaohai District, Longgang Economic Development Zone, Qilitang Community and Yaohai Community; Lin Dian Street in Luyang District and other communities (villages) in Dayang Town; Jinggang Town in Shushan District, High-tech Industrial Development Zone (including Shushan Forest Park), Lotus Community, Furong Community, Jinxiu Community, Haiheng Community (including the area west of He 'an Section of Beijing-Taiwan Expressway and the area south of Ring Expressway), Hu Lin Community (including the area west of He 'an Section of Beijing-Taiwan Expressway) and other communities (villages) in Shushan New Industrial Park; Neighborhood committees (villages) such as Luogang Street and He Fei Town in Baohe District.
Compensation standard: land compensation fee: 35,480 yuan/mu; Resettlement subsidy: 53,220 yuan/mu; Comprehensive compensation: 88,700 yuan/mu.
Four types of land: Sanshitou Community, Zhanbei Community and Modian Community in Yaohai District; Sanshigang Township, Luyang District; Nangang Town, Liugao Town and Xiaomiao Town in Shushan District; Yandun Street in Baohe District (east of He 'an section of Beijing-Taiwan Expressway), Yicheng Street, Binhu Century Community and Dawei Town.
Compensation standard: land compensation fee: 3 1400 yuan/mu; Resettlement subsidy: 47 100 yuan/mu; Comprehensive compensation: 78,500 yuan/mu.

Second, the land acquisition compensation project
1, land compensation fee
A kind of economic compensation paid by land users to rural collective economic organizations whose land has been requisitioned according to law because of economic losses caused by their land expropriation.
2. Young crops compensation fee
Compensation paid by the land-using unit to the units and individuals planting young crops due to the damage of young crops on the requisitioned land.
3, attachment compensation fee
Compensation paid by the land unit to the houses and other attachments on the requisitioned land due to the destruction of the requisitioned land.
4. Resettlement allowance
The surplus labor force caused by land acquisition shall be paid by the land-using unit to the land-expropriated unit.
