Article 111 Obstructing the administration of justice

If a litigation participant or other person commits any of the following acts, the people's court may impose a fine or detain him or her according to the seriousness of the case; if a crime is constituted, criminal prosecution shall be carried out in accordance with the law. Responsibilities:

(1) Forging or destroying important evidence to prevent the People's Court from hearing cases;
