2, the illegal facts identified by the competent labor administrative department;
3. Applicable laws, regulations, rules or normative documents;
4. Handling conclusions;
5, the date or time limit for the implementation of the decision;
6. The parties have the right to apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law;
7, the name of the administrative organ that made the decision;
8. Date of decision.
