The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Lawyers Association performs the following responsibilities: (1) To ensure that lawyers practice law and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests; (2) To summarize and exchange lawyer work experience; (3) To formulate industry norms and disciplinary rules; (4) Organize lawyer business training, professional ethics and professional discipline education, and assess lawyers' professional activities; (5) organize and manage internship activities for lawyer applicants, and assess interns; (6) reward and punish lawyers and law firms; (7) accept cases Complaints or reports from lawyers, mediate disputes arising from lawyers' practice activities, and accept complaints from lawyers; (8) Organize member welfare undertakings; (9) Organize members to participate in lawyer professional liability insurance; (10) Laws, administrative regulations, rules and lawyers associations Other duties as specified by the Charter.
The Inner Mongolia Lawyers Association currently has 368 group members and 2,658 individual members. The association has a party group, a board of directors, a standing board of directors, a board of supervisors and a secretariat. It consists of five special committees: rights protection, discipline, publicity and liaison, female lawyers and development strategy research committee, and five professional committees: civil affairs, criminal affairs, foreign affairs, financial securities, and minors protection. There is also a mutual fund management committee.
