After investigation, at about 21:00 that night, the suspects Luo Moumou (male, 34 years old, from this city), Liu Moumou (male, 35 years old, from this city), Jia Moumou ( Male, 35 years old, native of this city) drove a white Cadillac off-road vehicle without a license plate as required to a construction site in Sanhe Village, Wuhou District, smashed the garbage truck and escaped .
At 21:29, when the three people rushed to the intersection of Jinhua Middle School on Chengshuang Avenue, they were stopped by the traffic police who were setting up traffic jams to carry out law enforcement work. Liu and Jia got out of the car and ran away.
The criminal suspect Luo Moumou refused to accept inspection and endangered public safety by dangerous methods such as driving and crushing, causing injuries to a traffic policeman and two people.
During the control process, the traffic police discovered that his body was abnormal, and he died after medical staff failed to rescue him.
After investigation, the police investigating the case found 4 small packets of drugs totaling 3.03 grams on Luo Moumou’s body and wallet. Drug ingredients were detected in his blood and urine. He was suspected of Drug driving.
After work, on March 18 and March 21, the bureau blocked Liu Moumou and Jia Moumou.
After interrogation, Liu and Jia confessed to the crime of provoking quarrels and provoking trouble with Luo on the evening of March 14, and have been subject to criminal detention and compulsory measures.
The Wuhou District Procuratorate has entrusted the Sichuan West China Forensic Identification Center to identify the cause of Luo’s death. The case is under further review.
