Chen Jizhi, Ma, Chen and Li Xin were inside the barbecue and on the sidewalk outside the store respectively. They hit or kicked Wang, Li, Yuan and Liu with chairs and wine bottles in the alley next to the store. After identification, Wang and Liu's injuries constituted minor injuries of the second level; Li and Yuan's injuries constituted minor injuries.

It was also found that since 2012, the defendant Chen Jizhi and others had gathered together for a long time and used violence, threats and other means to carry out illegal detentions, provoke troubles, intentionally harm, open casinos, and rob in Tangshan and other places. , covering up and concealing criminal proceeds, and assisting information network crimes and other illegal and criminal activities, gradually formed an evil organization with Chen Jizhi as the organizer and seven defendants including Wang Xiaolei as members. This evil organization has done many evil things, oppressing the people, destroying the local economic and social life order, and having a bad impact on society.

The People's Court of Guangyang District, Langfang City sentenced the defendant Chen Jizhi to the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble, robbery, picking quarrels and provoking trouble, opening a casino, illegal detention, intentional injury, covering up and concealing what he had done, Crime of aiding information network criminal activities. Sentenced to 24 years in prison and fined RMB 320,000. The remaining 27 defendants were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from 11 years to six months in accordance with the law, and 19 defendants were sentenced to fines ranging from 135,000 yuan to 3,000 yuan. Chen Jizhi and other six defendants were responsible for the medical expenses, nursing expenses, lost wages, food subsidies, nutrition expenses, transportation expenses and other losses of the four victims of the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble.
