When a detainee is released, sent to a prison or a reeducation-through-labor place, temporarily executed outside prison or compulsory measures are changed, the detention center shall return the escrow items and the remaining cash to the detainee in full. If the property is lost or damaged, the detention center shall make compensation.
7. The property of the escaped detainee shall be temporarily kept, and if it has not been captured after one year, it shall be turned over to the financial department for handling.
8. If a detainee dies or is executed, he shall notify his family members of the property in accordance with the regulations. If he can't get it, he can mail it for him. If you have no family members or can't send it by mail within one year, if you don't receive it within one year after the notice, you should hand it over to the financial department for handling.
