Legal basis: Article 28 of the Lawyers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) may engage in the following businesses:
(a) to accept the entrustment of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations as legal advisers; (two) to accept the entrustment of the parties in civil cases and administrative cases, to act as agents and to participate in litigation; (3) Accepting the entrustment of a criminal suspect or defendant or the assignment of a legal aid institution as a defender according to law, accepting the entrustment of a private prosecutor, a victim of a public prosecution case or his near relatives to act as an agent and participate in litigation; (4) Acting as an agent for complaints in various litigation cases; (5) Accepting entrustment and participating in mediation and arbitration activities; (6) Accepting entrustment and providing non-litigation legal services; (7) Answering legal advice and writing litigation documents and other documents related to legal affairs.
