1. Collect information online every day: including (1) the latest laws and regulations; (2) browse the websites of the China Lawyers Association and various university associations in Beijing to see the latest developments in the lawyer industry, including Beijing Haitian Judicial Examination Training School and Wanguo.
Second, write a trainee lawyer’s diary every day to summarize the day’s work. Although it is a bit like a running account, I think it will definitely benefit over time.
Third, go to Tieba every day to answer some questions you know and improve your professional knowledge.
Today is the first day of writing a diary.
I never really thought about what a trainee lawyer should do at the end. I have always simply believed that you should do whatever the lawyer tells you to do. Always passive. If you have nothing to do, just do nothing, but after all, you still have a lot of free time. After the director gave us a meeting yesterday, I suddenly realized that I am not a trainee lawyer. You must learn to find things to do on your own, and you must be clear about what trainee lawyers should do. Today during my internship, I checked what others had done and got a lot of references, so I wrote a work plan. Persevere in the future!
This morning, I first managed the website given to me by the director, looked for some administrative news, then looked at what trainee lawyers should do, and made a work plan for myself. I took a volume home at night to sort it out and read the documents!
The day is over!
