Whoever commits a new crime while on bail awaiting trial cannot be released on bail pending trial again

Article 81: Release on bail pending trial , criminal suspects and defendants who are proven to have criminal facts and may be sentenced to a sentence of imprisonment or above, if it is not enough to prevent the following social dangers, they shall be arrested:
(1) May commit new crimes
(2) There is a real danger of endangering national security, public security, and social order;
(3) It may destroy or falsify evidence, interfere with witnesses’ testimony, or Conspiracy to confess;
(4) Possible retaliation against the victim, reporter or accuser;
(5) Attempt to commit suicide or escape.
When approving or deciding to arrest, the nature and circumstances of the suspected crime of the criminal suspect or defendant, the circumstances of his confession and punishment, etc. should be taken into consideration as factors to consider whether there is a possible social danger.
If there is evidence to prove that the crime may be punished with a fixed-term imprisonment of more than ten years, or if there is evidence to prove that the crime may be punished with a fixed-term imprisonment of more than 10 years, or if the crime is intentional or the identity is unknown, he shall be arrested.
If criminal suspects or defendants who are released on bail pending trial or under residential surveillance violate the regulations on release on bail pending trial or under residential surveillance, and the circumstances are serious, they may be arrested.

Article 71: Criminal suspects and defendants who are released on bail pending trial shall comply with the following Provisions:
(1) No one shall leave the city or county where they live without the approval of the enforcement agency;
(2) If the address, work unit, or contact information changes, arrest may be made . If there are any changes in the , work unit or contact information, report to the enforcement agency within 24 hours;
(3) Arrive in time at the time of arraignment;
(4) Do not use any Interfering with witness testimony;
(5) Shall not destroy, fabricate evidence or collude in confession.
The People's Court, the People's Procuratorate and the public security organs may, based on the circumstances of the case, order criminal suspects or defendants who have been released on bail pending trial to comply with one or more of the following provisions:
(1) Not allowed to enter specific places;
(2) Not allowed to meet or communicate with specific persons;
(3) Not engaged in specific activities;
(4) Submit your passport and other entry-exit documents and driver's license to the enforcement agency for safekeeping.
If a criminal suspect or defendant who is released on bail pending trial pays a security deposit in violation of the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, part or all of the security deposit shall be confiscated and, depending on the seriousness of the case, ordered to repent, pay a new security deposit or provide a guarantor, or be placed under residential surveillance. ,arrest.
