(6) Other provisions of laws and regulations. Article 15 Drivers shall not engage in the following behaviors:
(1) Forcing co-passengers to rent a car or using others to recruit passengers;
(2) Forging, altering, or lending operating documents ;
(3) Defrauding, lending or forging special signs for passenger taxis or providing conditions for the above acts;
(4) Handing the vehicle over to a driver other than the owner or driving the vehicle; Driving other vehicles for operation;
(5) Using passenger taxis to carry out illegal and criminal activities;
(6) Refusing rides without reason, interrupting services, overcharging fares, or driving on detours .
