There are two ways of divorce, one is divorce by agreement of civil affairs department, and the other is divorce by litigation. Divorce by agreement may be deadlocked for various reasons. For example, the two sides can't reach an understanding on issues such as child support and property division in a short time, which will inevitably lead to divorce. Again and again, negotiations may also cause fatigue or even near collapse of both sides or one side. Some parties have made great concessions, such as child support and property division, but the other party still refuses to agree to divorce. In this way, marriage is inseparable. So I'm afraid there is no bottom line for the period of divorce. If one party deliberately avoids divorce, the other party can only choose to sue for divorce.
Freedom of marriage includes freedom of marriage and freedom of divorce, so whether there is evidence or not, as long as one party insists on suing for divorce, the court will eventually grant divorce. Even if the other party can't be found or the other party deliberately doesn't come to sign, the court can decide the divorce through the defendant's absence procedure.
