1. Family members are not allowed to visit the detention center unless the prisoner is a convicted prisoner. Generally speaking, the detention center holds undecided prisoners and convicted prisoners whose remaining sentence is less than one year. Convicted prisoners can only be visited.
2. Other criminals awaiting trial are not allowed to see their families except lawyers before the judgment of the court. There is no charge for visiting the detention center. Migrant workers refer to convicted criminals who do not work in the detention center, but can work outside the detention center and return to the detention center to rest at night.
