Lianyun District upgraded and transformed 34 party representative studios into "mass emotional consultation rooms", allowing 228 party representatives to stay in their rooms for two days a week, and opened a "hotline" for each party representative studio, accepting the demands of the masses 24 hours a day, patiently listening, guiding and persuading people with negative emotions, and effectively regulating excessive emotions during the transition.

4. Adjust the team first. For those organizations that are weak and lax and do not have the transitional conditions, they should be rectified first, then transitioned, and concentrated on carrying out rectification and transformation activities. It is necessary to intensify the adjustment of incompetent village party secretaries and select competent people across villages by sending government officials. Before the change, the city adjusted 53 village party secretaries, striving to meet the centralized change of village (community) party organizations with a United and stable team. Lianyun District, through the form of "taking root" of leading cadres, made an in-depth investigation on the current credibility, work performance and personal performance of village (community) party organizations among the masses in party member, and carefully studied the "key leaders" who need to stay, adjust and hire, which may affect the general election. Yunshan Street and Gaogongdao Street timely adjusted the relatively weak party organizations in lizhuang village and Liuhe Village, and selected capable personnel from government agencies and institutions to participate in the election in advance, effectively excluding them.

3. Classification guidance is in place.
