Legal analysis: The court must decide whether to file a case within 7 days from the date when the complaint is submitted to the court. Generally, as long as the original defendant, claims, facts and reasons are stated in the complaint of the parties, which belongs to the jurisdiction of the court, the court will file a case. Within 5 days from the date of filing the case, the court will serve the defendant with a copy of the indictment, and the defendant must submit a reply within 15 days from the date of receipt. Failure to reply will not affect the trial.
