The predecessor of Jiangjunhong Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is Xingguo Jiangjun Fruit Industry Development Co., Ltd. What kind of enterprise is it? Is the source of funds for this enterprise reliable?

Since last year, there have been many posts on the Internet about the illegal fund-raising of the Communist Youth League, and even some posts have been reprinted in various forums in the name of news formats, multiple versions and pretending to be news reports from many media. During this period, the company kept receiving calls claiming to be an online public relations company, saying that spending money can completely delete its negative effects.

The Propaganda Department of Red General Group immediately sent a letter to relevant websites, saying that so far, no media has made negative reports on the enterprise, and no regular news websites have made negative reports on the enterprise. All negative reports are reproduced as fake news in various forums. Many forums actively cooperate and delete them in time. However, someone deliberately reprinted it, and finally the company chose to call the police.

On the 25th, the police arrested two suspects in Hebei. Li, a criminal suspect, rented foreign server space through the Internet, set up a number of complaint rights websites, and usually reprinted some complaints from enterprises and institutions on their illegal rights websites in various forums and published them in the form of news. Through the search engine, the reputation right of the injured unit was infringed, and finally the injured unit paid for deleting the manuscript.

Last March, I began to pay attention to Jiang Junhong Group, a leading agricultural enterprise in Jiangxi Province. Li wrote his own post on illegal fund-raising by enterprises, posted it on his own website and reprinted it in various forums. At the beginning of May last year, companies that didn't know the truth began to send lawyers' statements to them through the QQ number reserved on their websites, requesting to delete false posts. Seeing that the effect was not good, the two began to write negative news about the illegal fund-raising organized by the enterprise in the name of many media, and reprinted it to many forums and posts.

On May 12 last year, the two claimed that the online public relations company contacted the company actively, saying that the price of 2,000 yuan each could delete all negative posts about General Hong on the Internet. The company had no choice but to pay more than 30 thousand yuan one after another, but the two continued to send it while deleting it. There is a tendency to delete more and more negative posts on the internet, and eventually enterprises suspect scams and call the police.

The police seized more than 40 bank cards covering a number of banks at their residence. Among the seized computers, there are hundreds of websites for publishing negative posts of enterprises, names of registered websites of hundreds of forums, and telephone files for contacting enterprises.

The police suggested that if enterprises can pay attention to collecting evidence when encountering such extortion, it will be helpful to pursue criminal cases or take civil compensation procedures in the future. (Zheng)
