2011 165438 At 9:09 am on October 30, an intentional homicide occurred in front of the KTV on Xingguang Avenue in Huairen County. On the day of the incident, the suspect was arrested and confessed to the crime of intentional homicide.
1. Basic information
The suspect Li Ruiqiang, male, 24 years old, from Huairen County, Shanxi Province, unemployed, with a high school education, currently lives in Xinjiayuan Town, Huairen County. According to his own confession, that morning he went to entertainment venues such as Moulin Rouge and Avenue of Stars in Huairen County and asked for "Miss Yao", but left after being rejected. At that time, he met the victim Xu who was passing by the entrance of Avenue of Stars, so he forcibly grabbed Xu and tried to pull him into the KTV on Avenue of Stars to have sex with him. Xu's resistance made Xu very angry, so he took out the prepared knife and stabbed Xu to the ground.
The victim Xu, female, 28 years old, was from Ying County, Shanxi Province, and currently lives in Erdaopo, Huairen County. According to his parents, on the morning of the incident, Xu was working at the Xiguan Village Committee on the east side of Xingguang Avenue. Because of need, he wanted to carve a seal on the west side of Star Avenue and then return to Xiguan Village Committee, passing by the entrance of Star Avenue KTV. The criminal suspect Li came out of the Star Avenue KTV and was forcibly dragged by Li. Xu tried to avoid resistance and was eventually stabbed to the ground. After diagnosis at the hospital, Xu died before admission.
