A TV movie adapted from a true story, directed by Jerry London, describes a tragic ethical tragedy in Texas in flashback. Deborah and Kay have been abused by their stepmother for 30 years and have been forbearing. Later, they found new evidence that their sister Caroline was killed by her stepmother when she was a child, so with the help of a local policeman, a lawyer and a hypnotist, they publicly exposed her stepmother's evil crimes. Deborah Burke and Swashkuz, two heroines, are excellent TV actors. They vividly show the affection between sisters and the memory of their dead little sister, and their psychological contradiction of exposing their stepmother's crime at the risk of family breakdown is also quite touching.
