According to the Criminal Procedure Law, the longest period of criminal detention by public security organs is 30 days, and the longest period of approval of arrest by procuratorate is 7 days.
The 30th day here is the longest time. If the case is clearly investigated, there is no need to apply to the procuratorate for arrest on the 30 th. You can also ask for arrest on any day, such as 5, 10. You can't tell the difference. If people are released on the 37 th, it must be that the procuratorate does not approve the arrest.
