On 20 14 12 15, Lin Xia was arrested on suspicion of fraud by the Second Branch of Beijing Procuratorate.
Lin Xia, male, graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and is a famous criminal defense lawyer of Beijing Huayi Law Firm. He is a volunteer defense lawyer in the case of Cui Yingjie, a Beijing hawker, killing Li Zhiqiang, a city manager, and also a lawyer in the case of intentionally killing and stabbing a waitress Deng Yujiao to death in 2009.
