1. Registration time
(1) Registration method and time
Online registration will be implemented for the 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination. The registration time is From 0:00 on June 16 to 18:00 on June 30. Applicants should log in to the Ministry of Justice (www.moj.gov.cn) within the specified time limit and fill in personal information in accordance with the requirements, processes and steps for online registration. No overdue reports will be made.
(2) Application materials
Applicants should have the following materials when registering:
1. Valid ID card.
2. Graduation certificate. My graduation certificate should be able to be queried or authenticated on the China Higher Education Student Information Network.
3. Degree certificate. My degree certificate must be checked on the China Degree and Graduate Education Information Online or certified by the Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education.
4. Those who apply for relaxed policies must have local household registration with relaxed registration qualifications. When registering online, you must upload electronic photos of the home page of your household registration booklet and your personal page.
5. Photos of electronic documents. The applicant should provide a color (red, blue and white background) bareheaded photo of the electronic certificate that meets the requirements of the prescribed format (width 413 pixels x height 626 pixels) within the past three months. This photo will serve as my admission ticket, test score notification, legal professional qualification application form, and legal professional qualification certificate.
6. Other materials required by judicial administrative agencies. Applicants should fill in personal information truthfully and accurately to make the registration information true and effective, and be responsible for the authenticity of the substantive content of the materials. Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary universities and military academies in 2023 and fresh graduates with equivalent academic abilities should sign the "Fresh Graduate Letter" when registering online. Those who have passed all single subjects of the higher education self-study examination and can obtain this year's graduation certificate should sign the "Certificate of Qualification in All Single Subjects" when registering online.
If applicants fill in false information or obtain registration through other means, the judicial administrative organs will handle it in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations of National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination" and other regulations.
(3) Pay the examination fee and choose the registration location.
Applicants should pay the examination fee in accordance with the standards and payment methods announced by the judicial administrative agency of the place of registration. The deadline for online payment for the objective test is July 4-18.
Applicants can choose to register in the examination areas established by the judicial administrative organs of each province (region, city) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. In order to prevent and control the epidemic and reduce the flow of people across regions, it is recommended that candidates register for the exam in the examination area established by the judicial administrative agency of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the province (autonomous region, city) where they work and live. After paying the objective examination examination fee, the registration location cannot be changed.
Those who choose to use minority language test papers must register in the test area established at the corresponding test center. There are Mongolian language test centers in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Tibetan language test centers in the Tibet Autonomous Region and Qinghai Province, Mongolian language test centers in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and Korean language test centers in Jilin Province.
2. Registration conditions
(1) Those who meet the following conditions can register for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination:
1. Have the nationality of the Chinese people ;
2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and enjoy the right to vote and be elected;
3. Have good political, professional qualities and moral conduct;
4 .Have full capacity for civil conduct;
5. Have a full-time bachelor's degree or above in law from a general institution of higher learning, a full-time bachelor's degree or above in law from a general institution of higher learning, and a master's degree in law or above, and have a full-time bachelor's degree or above in law from a general institution of higher learning. A bachelor's degree or above in law from a general institution of higher learning and has been engaged in legal work for three years or more.
Before the implementation of the "Implementation Measures for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination", graduates from colleges and universities with a bachelor's degree or above in law who have obtained student status (examination scores) or corresponding qualifications, or non-residents from colleges and universities with legal professional knowledge Graduates with a bachelor's degree or above in law can register for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
The national policy of unified relaxation of legal professional qualification examinations will continue to be implemented in 2022 (2021-2025). If the applicant's household registration is in a place where conditions are relaxed, the registration qualifications can be relaxed to a bachelor's degree from a higher education institution.
Full-time undergraduate graduates from general colleges and universities and military academies in 2023 (including junior college graduates, the same below), and fresh master's graduates with equivalent academic qualifications can register for the 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination. Among them, in addition to those who apply to enjoy the relaxed policies, full-time undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who have obtained student status after the implementation of the "National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination Implementation Measures" should obtain a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's degree in law; "2023 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination Implementation Measures" Full-time undergraduate graduates of military academies who obtain student status after the implementation of the Measures for the Implementation of Qualification Examinations shall obtain a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's degree.

Persons holding undergraduate degrees or above from universities in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or foreign countries can register to take the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination after their academic degree certificates are certified by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Among them, in addition to those who apply for policy relaxation, those who have obtained a bachelor's degree in law (law) from universities in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or foreign countries after the implementation of the "National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination Implementation Measures" have their academic degree certificates certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education Afterwards, you can register to take the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not register for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination:
1. Those who have received criminal punishment for intentional crimes;

6. Being banned from practicing legal occupational therapy for life due to other circumstances.
If a person who falls under one of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has gone through registration procedures, the registration will be invalid; if a person has already taken the exam, the exam results will be invalid.
Those who have obtained a Class A legal professional qualification certificate are not allowed to register for the 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
(3) Those who retain valid scores in the 2021 objective test. For those who reach the national unified passing score or relax the passing score in the 2028 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination, the passing score will be valid in the 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination. Among them, those who reach the unified national passing score can confirm their participation in the 2022 subjective test when registering for the subjective test. Those who meet the relaxed policy can apply for the relaxed policy at the same time; if the passing score is relaxed, you can register for the 2022 objective test and subjective test. Or confirm your participation in the 2022 subjective test when registering for the subjective test.
(4) The examination will be conducted in Chinese or five minority languages. Applicants should choose to take the exam in Chinese, or they can choose to take the exam in five minority languages: Mongolian, Tibetan, Uyghur, Kazakh, and Korean. Candidates should use the same language test paper to take both the objective test and the subjective test. Due to the epidemic, examinations in some examination areas have been postponed. If examination papers need to be used separately in examination areas where minority language examination papers are set up, candidates will no longer be provided with minority language examination papers separately, but can use Chinese examination papers to take the exam, but they can answer in 5 minority languages. Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Provinces can choose to use Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese to fill in information and answers.
