Application conditions:
(1) Mainland residents
1. Persons who meet the following conditions can register for the National Judicial Examination:
1. Have Chinese nationality;
2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and enjoy the right to vote and be elected;
3. Have full capacity for civil conduct;
4. Have a bachelor's degree or above in law from a college or university, or have a bachelor's degree or above in other majors from a college and have professional legal knowledge;
5. Have good conduct.
(2) According to the opinions of the Ministry of Justice on determining the places to relax the qualification conditions for the national judicial examination, autonomous counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, counties (banners) under the jurisdiction of autonomous regions, and counties under the jurisdiction of autonomous prefectures; Key counties approved by the State Council for national poverty alleviation and development work; cities, regions, counties, county-level cities, and municipal districts under the jurisdiction of the Tibet Autonomous Region can relax the registration academic qualifications to a college degree in law.
(3) According to Article 68 of the "Higher Education Law of the People's Republic of China", the aforementioned institutions of higher learning refer to universities, independent colleges and junior colleges, including higher vocational schools and adult colleges and universities.
Persons with academic qualifications from higher education institutions in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign countries can register to take the National Judicial Examination after their academic qualifications are certified. 2. For those who are unable to register for the national judicial examination under any of the following circumstances, if they have already gone through the registration procedures, their registration will be invalid:
1. Those who have been criminally punished for intentional crimes;
2 . Being dismissed from public office by a state agency;
3. Having a lawyer's practicing license revoked;
4. In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the "National Judicial Examination Implementation Measures (Trial)" , sentenced to 2 years in prison and not allowed to register for the national judicial examination until the time limit has expired; or sentenced to life and not allowed to register for the national judicial examination.
3. Persons who have passed the National Judicial Examination and obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificates, and persons who have obtained Class B legal professional qualification certificates but have not yet obtained a bachelor's degree or above from a college or university, are not allowed to register for the National Judicial Examination again. .
