How long does it take a gangster lawyer to read a paper?

It depends on the complexity of the case and the amount of evidence. If the evidence is conclusive, it can usually be completed within 48 hours.

The criminal procedure law does not stipulate the time for lawyers to read papers.

Article 40 of the Criminal Procedure Law only stipulates that defense lawyers may consult, extract and copy the case files from the date when the people's procuratorate examines and prosecutes the case. Other defenders may also consult, extract and copy the above materials with the permission of the people's court or the people's procuratorate. However, there is no time limit for lawyers to read papers.
