Article 2 When a lawyer acts as a defender or an agent to participate in a trial, he must wear the lawyer's appearance clothes.
Article 3 A lawyer's court dress consists of a lawyer's robe and a scarf.
Article 4 Lawyers shall observe the following provisions when appearing in court:
(a) the lawyer's court clothes are only used in court proceedings, and may not be worn at other times and occasions;
(2) When lawyers appear in court, they should wear matching clothes according to the regulations: light-colored shirts, scarves, lawyers' robes and lawyers' badges. Wear dark suit pants and dark leather shoes, and female lawyers can wear dark suit skirts;
(three) to keep the lawyer's clothes clean and tidy, and not to use untidy or damaged clothes;
(4) A lawyer should show a serious and solemn spirit when wearing a lawyer's appearance clothes. Lawyers are not allowed to wear other clothes or accessories except court clothes.
Article 5 The styles, fabrics and colors of lawyers' court clothes shall be examined and approved by the Standing Committee of all china lawyers association.
Article 6 all china lawyers association is responsible for the uniform production of lawyers' court clothes.
Making lawyers' court clothes without authorization of all china lawyers association infringes on the intellectual property rights of lawyers' court clothes.
Article 7 all china lawyers association is responsible for reporting the lawyer's clothing styles to the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate for the record.
Article 8 Lawyers associations at all levels shall supervise and inspect the use of lawyers' court clothes.
Article 9 A law firm shall be responsible for the management of lawyers' court clothes. If a lawyer's court dress needs to be re-purchased due to loss or serious damage, the law firm shall apply to the local municipal lawyers' association, and the lawyers' associations of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall summarize all the applications and apply to all china lawyers association for the purchase of a lawyer's court dress.
Article 10 all china lawyers association accepts lawyers' applications for clothing procurement from June 1 day to 20th and February 1 day to 20th every year.
Eleventh lawyers appear in court clothing costs borne by the law firm. When the lawyer is transferred from the law firm, the lawyer's appearance clothes should be returned to the law firm.
Article 12 Lawyers' court clothes shall not be transferred or lent to non-lawyers. If it is lost or damaged, it should be reported to the local bar association in time.
Thirteenth in violation of these measures, with reference to the "Rules on the Punishment of Members of the Lawyers Association" of all china lawyers association, the Lawyers Association will give disciplinary sanctions, and if the circumstances are serious, informed criticism will be given.
