Unable to apply for the exam
The following persons are not allowed to apply for legal professional qualifications: 1. He has been criminally punished for intentional crimes. 2. Being expelled from public office by a state organ. The lawyer's practice license has been revoked. 4. Those who have been banned from taking the national judicial examination in the past two years, or who have been banned from taking the national judicial examination for life. 5.
