The case of suspect Wang suspected of fund-raising fraud was transferred to Fangshan District People's Procuratorate of Beijing on 2002113 by Fangshan Branch of Beijing Public Security Bureau for review and prosecution. I litigation rights 1. The right to ask about the conditions of testimony and confidentiality. The procuratorial organ shall ensure that you can provide evidence objectively and fully, and keep it confidential for you. If your testimony involves state secrets, business secrets and personal privacy, you have the right to ask for confidentiality. 2. The right to entrust an agent ad litem and express opinions in litigation. You and your legal representative or close relatives have the right to entrust one or two lawyers, people's organizations or people recommended by your unit as agents ad litem. Your guardian, relatives and friends can also be your agents ad litem. When examining a case, the procuratorial organ shall listen to the opinions of you and your agent ad litem. You and your agent ad litem have the right to submit written opinions to the procuratorate. 3. The right to use the spoken and written languages of one's own nationality for litigation and translation. You have the right to use your own language in litigation. If you are deaf or not familiar with the local spoken and written language, the procuratorial organ shall hire someone who is familiar with the gestures of the deaf or the local spoken and written language and has no interest in the case to provide you with an interpreter. 4. The right to apply for withdrawal. If you and your legal representative or agent ad litem think that the prosecutor has legal reasons to withdraw, you have the right to ask them to withdraw. You and your legal representative or agent ad litem have the right to apply for reconsideration of the decision of the procuratorial organ to reject the application for withdrawal. 5. Knowing the appraisal opinions used as evidence, you have the right to apply for supplementary appraisal or re-appraisal, and the procuratorial organ shall inform you or your legal representative, near relative or agent ad litem of the appraisal opinions used as evidence. For the appraisal opinions used as evidence, you or your legal representative, close relatives or agents ad litem have the right to apply for supplementary appraisal or re-appraisal, but unless the original appraisal violates legal procedures, the expenses for supplementary appraisal or re-appraisal shall be borne by you. 6. Right of accusation If the case-handling personnel violate your litigation rights, insult you personally, or use illegal methods such as detention, violence, threat, inducement or deception to collect evidence, you have the right to file a complaint.
