5. Registration matters

Registration method and time

Online registration is adopted, and the registration website is Xin'an Talent Network. The registration time is from 9:00 on November 17 to 16:00 on December 1, 2021. No additional registration will be made after the deadline.

Registration Procedure

Log in to the Xin'an Talent Network registration website, read the recruitment announcement and open recruitment position plan, confirm the position and fill in your resume truthfully.

Information filling

Applicants must meet the job requirements. Each applicant is limited to one position, and must use the same valid ID card to register and take the exam. When registering, you must fill in your resume truthfully and correctly as required, and upload your electronic photo. The photo must comply with the prescribed upload format, and provide effective communication methods. Otherwise, the applicant will be responsible for any problems. Sign the "Applicant Integrity Commitment Letter" for self-confirmation and submit it on the spot during the written examination. The information filled in by the applicants must be consistent with their actual situation, application conditions and job requirements, and all information must be true and valid. Anyone who commits fraud or passes the qualification review but does not actually meet the requirements for the recruitment position will, upon verification, be disqualified from the examination and employment, and the applicant shall bear the responsibility.

The proportion of written examinations.

Applicants for the same position must compete. The ratio of the requirements for the same position is 3:1. If the ratio cannot be met, the examination will be started with the consent of the recruiting unit.

6. Written test

Written test subjects

The written test subjects are "comprehensive knowledge + professional knowledge", which mainly examines the basic qualities and professional knowledge of the candidates. The test time 120 minutes, full score is 100 points.

This exam does not specify exam tutoring books, and does not organize or commission any form of tutoring and training activities.

Written test time and place

Written test time and place: Xin'an Talent Network will notify candidates of the specific time and place of the test by text message and phone call during the qualification review. During the examination, you must enter the examination room with your original valid resident ID card.

Score

The written test score is calculated as 100 points. Candidates can log in to the Xin'an Talent Network to check the written test results 7 working days after the test.

In order to ensure the basic quality of newly hired personnel, a minimum passing score line for the written examination is set. Candidates who score more than 40 points in the written test can enter the next round of qualification review.

7. Qualification review

Qualification review candidates will be determined based on the number of positions applied for in the recruitment plan and in the same position according to the written test scores from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:3. Those who are less than the prescribed proportion will be determined based on the number of people who pass the written examination. If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores in the last place, the candidate for qualification review will be determined.

Xin'an Talent Network conducts qualification review of applicants. During the qualification review, applicants should provide their valid ID cards, academic certificates, etc. If the recruitment position has other requirements, relevant certification materials must be provided separately. The originals and copies of the above materials must be provided; overdue documents will be deemed to be automatically given up, and the vacancies will be available from The high score to the low score will be supplemented by equal amounts in sequence, and the supplement will only be done once.

8. Online assessment

Using three professional assessment tools: professional personality test, psychological risk assessment, and job competency assessment. Xin'an Talent Network will conduct online assessments for candidates who enter the interview and issue assessment results.

9. Interview

The interview is conducted in a semi-structured manner. It mainly tests the applicant's practical work ability, comprehensive quality, etc., with a full score of 100 points. The total score of the candidate is combined according to the ratio of written test score and interview score 4_6, with a full score of 100 points. Those whose interview score is less than 60 points will be disqualified from entering the next stage.

Interviews are organized by Xin'an Talent Network. Other matters related to the interview will be notified later after the written test is completed.

Nine. Background Investigation

Xin'an Talent Network verifies the applicant's ID card, financial risk record, academic degree, work experience, performance and other relevant information through professional institutions, and issues a background investigation report.

11. Physical Examination

According to the total test scores of the candidates, candidates for the physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 according to the recruitment plan. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the physical examination standards for civil servants. If the candidate fails the physical examination or background check, the qualifications of the candidates to be hired will be disqualified, and the candidates who apply for the same position will fill in the form in order from the highest score to the lowest score, and only fill in the form once.

12. Public announcement and employment

1. Based on the candidates' test scores, physical examination results, and inspection materials, the candidates to be hired will be publicized for three days on the official website of Huainan High-tech Zone and Xin'an Talent Network. If there are no objections to the publicity, the candidates will be confirmed as newly recruited staff.

2. Newly recruited staff will have a probation period of 6 months. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will sign a labor contract with the recruiting unit. The wages, benefits, five insurances and one housing fund for newly recruited personnel shall be in accordance with the regulations of Huainan High-tech Investment Co., Ltd.
