1. The witness's statement should be recorded according to his own tone, and it should be described sentence by sentence as far as possible without any modification, generalization or change.
2. Question and answer should also be recorded sentence by sentence in the transcript, reflecting the tone and attitude of the question and answer.
3. After the inquiry, the written record shall be read out to the witness or by the witness himself. Witnesses are allowed to ask for additions and modifications, and they are allowed to press their handprints or sign and seal at the places where they fill in and modify.
