What are the requirements for taking the judicial examination?

1, with a full-time bachelor's degree in law in ordinary colleges and universities and a bachelor's degree or above.

2. Master of Laws or above.

3. Full-time institutions of higher learning have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in non-law and obtained a corresponding degree and have been engaged in legal work for three years.

Special note: Article 22 stipulates: "Before the implementation of these Measures, graduates with bachelor's degree or above in law major in colleges and universities or graduates with bachelor's degree or above in law major in colleges and universities who have legal professional knowledge may sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination.
