First of all, the court is the place where trials are held, and lawyers are agents who participate in litigation in accordance with the law. If you assault a lawyer in court, and the circumstances are minor, the presiding judge will warn you, reprimand you, and even remove you from the court. If your circumstances are serious and interfere with the normal trial order of the court, the presiding judge may request the president to hold you in judicial custody for up to 15 days.
If your actions cause minor injuries or other harm to the lawyer, the lawyer may pursue you for criminal or civil liability.
Respecting others means respecting yourself, so you must restrain your words and deeds in court.
