(2) If the non-Beijing household registration personnel of the organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions in xiong'an new area who undertake the function relief and transfer of Beijing's non-capital meet the standards for the identification of talents in Beijing's non-capital function relief and transfer in xiong'an new area, I, my spouse and minor children living with me can apply to settle in xiong'an new area.
(3) Other non-Beijing nationals of organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions in xiong'an new area who undertake the relief and transfer of Beijing's non-capital functions may apply for settlement of points in accordance with the provisions of these Measures.
