Responsibilities of the court that files the case
Examine the prosecution of civil disputes and administrative cases that should be accepted by this court, and decide to file the case or decide not to accept it;
This court shall review the applications for enforcement cases accepted by this court and decide whether to file the case or decide not to accept it;
Register the criminal prosecution cases accepted by this court;
Review all types of cases accepted by this court Review and file appeal (protest) cases;
Review appeals that should be accepted by this court, apply for retrial of the case, and decide whether to file for retrial;
Register this court’s decision for retrial, higher court Ruling retrial and protest cases;
Responsible for the filing of other cases that should be accepted by our court according to law.
According to the application of the parties, carry out pre-litigation property and pre-litigation evidence preservation and mediation in accordance with the law;
Hear and decide jurisdictional objection cases raised at the submission stage;
Hear and make rulings on appeal cases such as objections to jurisdiction, inadmissibility, and rejection of prosecution;
Account the litigation fees paid in advance by the parties, and handle the approval of deferment, reduction or exemption of litigation fees Procedures;
Handle letters and visits (among them, visits to cases currently being heard by our court will be handled by the relevant courts);
Manage the trial process of various cases being heard by our court, Track and supervise review deadlines (case handling time limits);
Responsible for the delivery of relevant legal documents. Supervise and guide the case filing work of lower courts.
