1. If it is only a minor injury, it does not constitute a criminal offence and may be a public security punishment. If it is a minor injury, it can be settled through consultation. If negotiation fails, the police station will mediate.
2. If one party is slightly injured, and it is a criminal case of private prosecution, it can be settled through self-negotiation or mediation by the police station. If you are not satisfied, you can go to court to bring a lawsuit.
3. Minor injuries or above are public prosecution cases, and can be sentenced to 3- 10 years in prison.
