What's the difference between a lawyer's letter and an indictment?

The difference between a lawyer's letter and an indictment is as follows:

1, with different concepts, the indictment refers to the legal document that the procuratorial organ prosecutes the criminal defendant and requests the court to make a substantive trial of the criminal defendant. It is the true expression of the procuratorial organ's prosecution and investigation of the criminal responsibility of the defendant, the legal basis of the court's trial activities, and the basic material for the defendant to prepare for court defense. A lawyer's letter refers to a professional legal document produced and issued by a lawyer to reveal and evaluate relevant facts or legal issues and then make a request to achieve a certain effect;
