Article 358 Whoever organizes or forces others to engage in prostitution shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years but not more than 10 years and shall also be fined; Under any of the following circumstances, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment, and shall also be fined or confiscated:
(1) Organizing others to engage in prostitution, if the circumstances are serious;
(2) forcing a young girl under the age of fourteen to engage in prostitution;
