The meeting time of the family members of the detention center is generally no more than half an hour at a time, no more than once a month, and no more than three family members are met at a time. The meeting must meet the requirements and be held during the working hours of the detention center with the permission of the case-handling unit. During the meeting, we must strictly abide by the regulations, and we are not allowed to discuss the case or pass things on privately, otherwise we will be ordered to stop the meeting immediately. If it is a criminal suspect in custody, the family members can't meet and can only entrust an attorney to meet. It usually takes half an hour to an hour to meet prisoners. Prisoners generally meet/kloc-0 times a month, and the time for each meeting varies from half an hour to one hour. The prison can take care to increase the number of meetings and extend the meeting time, no more than once a month, and no more than three family members are met each time. If a defense lawyer holds a lawyer's practice certificate, a law firm's certificate, a power of attorney or a letter of legal aid to ask for a meeting with the criminal suspect or defendant in custody, the detention center shall arrange the meeting in time, which shall not exceed 48 hours at the latest. After the criminal judgment takes effect, family members cannot meet the prisoners in the detention center. After the verdict comes into effect, the prisoner will be transferred to the prison for execution within one month, and the prisoner's family will be informed after the prison arrives. At this time, family members can apply for visiting the prison.
