Luo Ji's main deeds

During his tenure in the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Comrade Luo Ji undertook many major cases that caused great repercussions at home and abroad, such as Wang, deputy mayor of Beijing, Tie Ying, deputy director of Beijing Municipal People's Congress, Huang, vice chairman of Beijing CPPCC, Wei Zefang, deputy director of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress and Hainan Provincial People's Congress. The review corrected the unjust, false and wrong cases of Thai businessman Wu Xiancheng, former secretary of Jiaqing City Zhuang Hongze and former commander of Suihua Military Division Li Zhongyu. During his 30 years of legal work, he organized and drafted more than 0 judicial interpretation documents 10, such as Provisions of People's Procuratorate on the Review of Criminal Appeal Cases, Provisions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Clues, Filing and Initial Investigation of Important Cases, Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Implementation of Criminal Procedure Law in the Investigation of Procuratorial Organs, Provisions of People's Procuratorate on the Management of Confiscated Articles in Investigation Cases, and Provisions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on the Protection of Citizens' Reporting Rights. Responsible for the preparations for the General Administration of Anti-Corruption, and personally appointed the first anti-corruption director. He participated in the drafting of the Anti-Corruption Law and served as the deputy head of the drafting group of the Anti-Corruption Law. In the process of drafting the Anti-Corruption Law, he organized relevant experts and scholars to discuss and revise several drafts of the Anti-Corruption Law, and the results were absorbed into the revised Chapter VIII of the Criminal Law and the revised Criminal Procedure Law. He has published more than 20 papers in China Law and Guangming Daily. Participated in compiling Encyclopedia of People's Republic of China (PRC), Dictionary of Criminology of China and Encyclopedia of Law of Peking University. Participated in the 6th and 7th World Anti-Corruption Conferences, and as the director of the academic department of the 7th World Anti-Corruption Conference, successfully participated in the preparations for the conference.

Since 1999, Beijing Zhengping Law Firm and Beijing Hanheng Law Firm have been established successively, and they have served as senior partner lawyers and executive directors. During this period, he worked in China Ordnance Equipment Group Corporation, Aerospace Changfeng Technology Group, Xinyuan (China) Real Estate Co., Ltd., Beijing Zhong Rui Investment Co., Ltd., Guangdong Jianlongda Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Huawei, Delong International Strategic Investment Co., Ltd., Haifeitai Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and many other large enterprises. He has undertaken many influential cases at home and abroad, such as the dispute over the transfer contract between Henan Construction and Installation Co., Ltd. and Changchun Chungang Real Estate Co., Ltd., the project contracting dispute between Xinyang Construction Corporation of Henan Province, the letter of credit fraud case of Guangxi Jindi Co., Ltd., the letter of credit dispute between Beijing Office of China Xinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Zhong Yi Import and Export Industrial Company, the forced transaction case of Zheng Jigang, and the equity dispute between Hunan Huayin Power Co., Ltd. and Liu Guang. Reasonable, powerful and well-founded defense or agency opinions have greatly safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the parties.
