Brief introduction of the author of the original theory of network security law

Pi Yong, male, 1974, from Tongcheng County, Hubei Province. 199 1 was admitted to the school of electronic information, Wuhan university. 1995 graduated with a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, obtained the qualification of lawyer in the same year, and was admitted to the department of electronics, Sun Yat-sen University for a master's degree. 1998 graduated with a master's degree in computer image transmission and processing. From 65438 to 0998, he was admitted to the Law School of Wuhan University to study for a doctorate in criminal law, and studied under Professor Zhao Tingguang. Graduated from July, 20001,doctor of law, and has been teaching in the same year. In July 2003, he entered the Law School of Renmin University of China to do postdoctoral research in the direction of criminal procedure law. Professor Why Jiahong, the co-tutor, was supported by the National Postdoctoral Fund in 2004 and successfully left the station in June 2005. In August 2005, he was appointed by the Party Committee of Wuhan University to work in Xinjiang as the fifth batch of aid cadres of the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Education, and served as the vice president of the Law School of Xinjiang University. In August 2006, he returned to Wuhan University to continue his teaching and research work. He is currently a professor at Wuhan University Law School, a doctoral supervisor, a special legal adviser of Wuhan Public Security Bureau and a special legal adviser of Jianghan District Court in Wuhan. He is also the executive director of china law society Criminology Research Association, the deputy director of Crime Prevention Committee of China Criminology Research Association, and the vice president of Wuhan Community Correction Research Association. The main research direction is China's criminal law and network security law. He has published four monographs: Conviction and Sentencing of Computer Crimes (co-author), Research on Crimes in E-commerce, Comparative Research on Cybercrimes and Research on Electronic Evidence Rules in Criminal Proceedings, and participated in writing two monographs, including China Law, Taiwan Province Yuedan Law, Law Review and Jurist.
