Basic course of preparatory class

Harmonious campus
The practice of mock trial enables students to fully participate in mock litigation activities and play various litigation roles, which is a comprehensive "exercise" and the best embodiment of students' practical ability. The traditional teaching mode of law in China is mainly based on teachers teaching books in class, which greatly limits students' learning enthusiasm. In this traditional mode, teachers directly instill some legal principles, principles and concepts into students, as well as the characteristics, nature and specific rules of legal operation. Students just "listen", "remember" and "recite" and are very passive. In the practice of mock trial, students can understand the whole process of the case and grasp the process and result of the case to a certain extent through personal participation. In this process, students can not only apply the book knowledge learned in class to the trial, but also further deepen their understanding of book knowledge. At the same time, I am familiar with the trial procedure, master the skills of proof, cross-examination and debate, and my practical ability is greatly enhanced.

(3) Candidates who apply for the law major must have a nationally recognized college degree (not limited to majors).

2. Access to adult education at the Judges College
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, students who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan and passed all the subjects can obtain nationally recognized academic qualifications upon graduation. Those who meet the requirements stipulated in the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC) are awarded bachelor's degrees.
